A wintery and magical evening is set to shine a light on the most talented performing arts students in Cornwall.
The annual extravaganza ‘Winter Lights’ will feature a synthesis of entertainment from the performing arts students at Cornwall College St Austell; including acting, dance and music.
The students will be joined by special guest performances from 4 Funk Sake, Hysteria and Poltair School dance groups.
Team Lead for Performing Arts, Jess Leonard said how “excited” she is about the “treasures” that are revealed in a performance such as this.
“It is such an amazing collaborative event where all of our disciplines perform what they’ve been working on for the first term,” she continued.
“The atmosphere is always a brilliant one and the students really enjoy sharing the stage with each other. We’re also really pleased to be welcoming back some of the dance groups we work with during the year and all share in this celebration of local talent.”
The performance is to be held on Wednesday 13th December 2017 at 7pm at The Keay Theatre, St Austell. Tickets are £5 or £3 for concessions and can be bought from the box office 01726 226 454 or limited tickets on the door (cash only).
