You don’t need any formal qualifications or experience to gain entry onto this course. You will need a high degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm for the subject area. You will also be invited for an informal interview to determine suitability.

A wide range of extracts from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, including literature and literary non-fiction.
Expect:
You will develop your reading skills, evaluating texts critically and making comparisons between texts. You will use the knowledge you gain from your reading to develop your own writing and will learn to write effectively.
