There is no qualification attached to this course, however you could choose to progress on to studying a full qualification.

The Artisan Bread course is for beginners or those wanting to develop their knowledge of bread making.
You will begin to understand the secrets of pre ferments, sour doughs and polish.
You will need to bring a bib apron, sensible shoes and a notebook and pen.
Preparing and baking a range of breads and enriched doughs throughout the day. You can take home all the products you make.
You could choose to study a full qualification in patisserie or if eligible choose one of our short courses.
