If you are interested in working in the construction industry, specifically learning a wood trade, we offer bench joinery qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3. Bench joinery is predominantly workshop based, where you make and prepare materials for installation on a construction site.

As part of this course, you will also work towards gaining a CSCS accreditation that will allow you to work on any building site. By the end of the course you will be able to follow technical drawings and plans, calculate quantities and angles as well as make accurate measurements.
The programme runs for a year (part time) and assesses your knowledge and skills through regular assignments and projects as you build your understanding of more complex carpentry skills.
