This apprenticeship gives you the chance to choose and tailor your training to the job role of your dreams, leading to potential careers in business, marketing, sales, customer service or HR. With a focus on developing essential customer service skills at its core you will spend time at college (usually one day per week) learning skills and theory to help you in the workplace.
We recommend that your start with this Level 2 apprenticeship, as this will give you and excellent grounding in all aspects and help you to decide on your future specialism. On successful completion there is the option of progressing onto the Level 3 programme.

This apprenticeship is ideal if you are looking to develop your customer service and business support knowledge and skills to progress within a wide range of industry sectors.
Customer Service Practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction with an organisation. You will need to be employed in a Customer Service role and will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge. Customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.

In addition to this core apprenticeship, we also offer additional qualifications to allow you to develop a particular specialism in the business world that will help your organisation. These can include short courses* in:

Workshops delivered by industry experts with current knowledge, skills and experience within their specialist areas. Ongoing support from a team of highly qualified mentors/coaches to prepare for end point assessment as the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
