This course is aimed at senior procurement professionals and heads of department. It is targeted at building strategic direction and advice, in areas such as change management, stakeholder management and team leadership.
You will need to have achieved the CIPS Diploma Level 5 in Procurement and Supply to undertake this course.
The course consists of three compulsory units; leadership in procurement and supply, corporate and business strategy and strategic supply chain management.
Additionally you have the choice of two optional units tailoring the course to your role. These units include; supply chain diligence, programme and project management and legal aspects in procurement and supply.
No matter what your sector, your specific challenges or how effectively your current procurement function operates, this course can help you build skills, knowledge and capability within procurement and supply chain teams. This is the highest qualification that CIPS offers. On successful completion of the Diploma, Advanced and Professional Diplomas, along with 3 years’ experience in a position of responsibility in procurement and supply, you will be awarded MCIPS status.
